The market kept changing but JP stuck to it to get my house sold. Even though he came down with a bad cold during this time he still make arrangements to meet with out of town clients to get the house shown. He is still working to find another house for me.
John-Paul patiently worked with me for a a couple of years. He was sesitive to my needs, shared his experience "off the pavement", and incouraged me along a challenging journey. If not for JP, I doubt I would have found my dream home at OBX. Of all the many reators I have worked with in my life, JP was far and away the best.
Even though JP lost his mother in the middle of our negotiations he managed to keep everything moving and was still responsive. So he was great even under those circumstances I'm sure he's even better when not stressed out!!
